How PlanEaton runs

One loop a day, closing every midnight

You order, producers make exactly that, you collect. Nothing more is ever made — which is why there is nothing to discount and nothing to throw away.

Crates of tomatoes and fresh bread at a small market at first light

Window closes

24:00

Every night, without exception.

Four moves

Order, told, made, collected

The same four steps happen every single day, in the same order.

  1. You order before midnight

Fill your basket and choose a collection date for each item. Everything confirmed by midnight belongs to tonight's cycle.

  2. Producers are told overnight

Baskets become exact quantities per producer. Nobody receives an estimate — they receive a count that is already sold.

  3. It is prepared fresh

Producers pick, bake or make that count and send it straight to your pickup point. Nothing extra is made.

  4. You collect with a QR code

Show the code at your pickup point during your collection window. Scan, hand over, done.

Hour by hour

One loop, from basket to bag

A real Monday evening order, collected on Tuesday. The red marker is the moment the window closes.

  1. Mon 21:40

Maria adds bread, feta and tomatoes and confirms her order.

  2. Mon 24:00

The window closes. Her quantities are locked into tonight's cycle.

  3. Tue 05:30

The bakery bakes 38 loaves — the exact number ordered, one of them Maria's.

  4. Tue 11:00

Everything arrives at the Kolonaki pickup point and is bagged per order.

  5. Tue 18:15

Maria scans her QR code on the way home and collects.
